It's a great unit with dual functions of cooling as well as heating. It did a great job of cooling our master bedroom in the summers. We have started using the air conditioner for supplemental geating , and its been working good.

I bought this unit because it was the largest btu you could buy. Worked good for about 3 months. Then became noisy, banging sounds, metal scraping. Now it's stopped working completely.
