From reviews online Cajun Injector was supposed to be one of the best. But it tastes like vinegar, like a salad dressing, not at all what you would think. If the vinegar wasn't there, maybe some other flavor would come out.

This product taste too much like vinegar. I used it on a whole chicken and the smell of it after it was cooked was like vinegar and the taste was not good. Not a fan, the recipe needs to be changed.
