True to size. The thing i don't like is that the padding inside the back of vest keeps rising up to the shoulders or neck and you have to push it down by taking the vest off.

The life jacket was comfortable and good quality. I can't speak to it's effectiveness or how quickly it dries because we had to return it. My son was too small for it. I didn't realize this life jacket's weight range was a little narrower than others (55-88lbs instead of 50-90lbs). I'm sad it did...

I actually bought this for my 5 year old son, it fits absolutely perfect. I couldnt be happier with this life jacket, it does not irritate him or ride up. He loves it, and the colors are perfect.

this fit my son perfectly although he is a smaller person. the only thing I would have liked to be included is the strap that goes between the legs. the vest did ride up on his shoulders because there wasnt a strap to prevent that from happening. otherwise it was a worthwhile purchase.
