This is a great investment! No longer need to buy bottles of water and deal with recycling them! Love the 3 options of cold, cool, or hot water! The child lock on the hot water button is wonderful! Has a bright LED nightlight. Bottom refill is wonderful and easy!

Perfect! Works great and love having quick cold or hot water! There was no damage to the item, as some reviews mentioned, but the box had a few dents, I think it was delivered by FedEx. It was very tightly packed with cardboard, styrofoam and plastic though. I love having quick hot water for tea ...
