Mom gave this to me. Had it for 6 days and leaked the water all over the floor. I am hoping it didn't penetrate downstairs to my neighbors apartment. Terrible! Do not buy! Don't know why the price is so high if it doesn't last.

Something in this literally just blew up. I followed the directions, have waited the 24 hours with it standing vertical, and when I went to dispense that first quart of water...boom. Now I have water all over the wall behind it, leaking onto the outlet. Water on the floor. And a non-working water...

This model began leaking almost immediately. After some research, a small plastic box leading to the reservoir had a small leak.
