I love this dispenser water temps are jus right, an i especially like the fact i can get very hot coffee when ever i like. Ez to set up no assembly needed. I would definitely recommend this product

I think it works great, easy to load wife loves coffee Kcup feature, The hot water is so hot it's steaming the cold water is nice and cold. We liked it so much we bought one for our kids.

It's very functional and it doesn't take up space. It looks attractive, especially since the 4 gallon water is inside and not bulging out. We use it to drink cold water, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. No more waiting for water to boil in a kettle. The nightlight isn't bright enough at night....

Defenetly one of the best. The outside presentation is beautiful. The hidden cabbinet for the personal coffee cups is wonderful and holds up to 24 cups. The water dispensers for the hot, cold water are great. Totally recommended. Thanks

I've seen regular primo machines at friends houses. We finally broke down and bought one. We have the one that has both hot and cold water and you can brew any type of K cup. This machine can do it all. We are overjoyed with it.
