This thing will freeze you out. I reviewed it on YouTube before purchasing..... And nothing but praise for this unit. Very very happy. I live in Florida.... and its been HOT this summer!!!! Highly recommend. Took about a week to arrive....but well worth it.! Thank you Newair!!!!!

THIS WAS HALF THE PRICE OF MY LG 14,000 BTU AND THIS ONE HAS HEAT ALSO. I PUT A TEMP. GAUGE TO SEE IF IT WAS PUTTING OUT 60 DEG. TEMP. AND IT WAS. GOOD A/C FOR THE MONEY. VERY PLEASEC.
