No complains about the product itself, refurbish and recertified so I was not expecting a brand new TV. But I was definitely expecting the TV to cone with a remote control, AC power cord and screws to even attach the base... so far, I am praying the TV even turns on and when it does how do I...

Received it after setting it up the tv had green lines running up an down the screen. Returned for refund.

parts were missing for the back bracket and wring parts were included for the stand. had to call samsung for parts.
