The Package was in a very bad shape, Seat torn from the back, scratches everywhere. It delayed for over 5 days for no clear reason, Called the Fedex multi-able times to go

Manufacturing defect in the cassette freewheel. It fell off the wheel first time we used it. Had to take it to repair shop to fix it. It's too inconvenient to return.

Rear gear is pathetic. The ball bearing of gear start coming out just after 2 month use. Waste of money.
