Bike came scratched (mainly the decals on the frame and the diagonal tube) and with a broken rear light (clamp part). Returning, which involves scheduling ground transportation and resending another bicycle is out of question due to time involved. Local Walmart cannot/unwilling to help.

My great grandsons bike came in a open box %26 the sides of the box were caved in, I paid to have someone come out to put the bike together. He was almost done and he called me over to see the bent frame. It looked like the front wheel frame had crashed into something I was so disappointed

Bike was delivered in terrible shape. The box was being held together by packing tape and the frame was scratched in multiple places. When opened there was a half drank bottle of water in the box. The gears were not working properly and my husband had to disassemble and repair. Very disappointed
