The inside of the rim had a very think tape to cover the spoke-nuts, which were very sharp. Thus, each tube had multiple holes and needed to be fixed. I added Thicker Tape and correctly, to cover the spoke nuts... Also, the gear doesn't work as is and needs major adjustments, as did the brakes....

I ordered this to replace a bike that wasn't the right size for my kid. Not only was the bike delivered late, with no reason or explanation. When it came today the package is completely destroyed, I open it and there are broken pieces all inside the box. I'll never be ordering anything from Walma...

Thanks for sending a defective bike after it had already been returned. The box was ripped open and front tire did not fit on the metal clasps. If something is returned as defective, it's pretty heartless to put it back on the shelf to be sold to the next person.

The box was smashed and the reflector was broken off in the bix! Considering its all she asked santa for and i had it delivered b/c of transportation issues im highly disappointed!! they have no way to return the bike and get a replacement. do better walmart!
