My son just turned 4 and is very small (still wears a 3T). This costume is very long on him, but we can roll it up. Fabric is not as thin as I was expecting it to be. Graphics were intact. Did not inflate the proton pack yet.

My 4 year old loves it. Small is from 3 to 4 and it fits perfect with alil room to grow. Backpack is super huge had to make alittle adjustments for it to stay on but other than that i like it.
