Not at all it smashed the k-cup not put a hole in it. Add if you wanted to make a second cup it said wait 2 min.it was longer. Returned it

This item wasn't refurbished. It was used and still dirty with old coffee caked on it. Put right back in box to return.

Looked dirty and not even worth the discounted price. Returned it and got a new one of a different brand there.... Unused.

Every k-cup i have used thus far tastes like plastic! i tried running water through it many times and even several times after a used k-cup after that my cup contents taste plasticky! it just doesnt taste right!
