I like the fillet knife which is very sharp. I use it with care when I cut the fish. It make my life easier with the right tool to fillet the fish. I like that the package comes with cover which make it safe.

Sharp, check. Long, check. Very good grip, check. This is a very nice filet knife, that filets unbelievably, awesomely! I love this knife, and it has a great sheath to hold it. It's super comfortable in the hand, and maneuvers effortlessly.

What a great knife. This fillet knife is not for your smaller fish like perch and walleye, but does a great job with larger salt water or even fresh water salmon and lake trout. Pretty decent factory edge and a nice grip that is much appreciated when dealing with slimy fish!
