I followed the instructions and used a cooking thermometer to check the milk temp. THAT IS A MUST! Than set the hour timer and WOW, hours later I had great, pure, yogurt. You can flavor it after it is set with jam, fruit, splenda, or eat it plain.

For what I paid, I'm pleased with the yogurt maker. Definitely like the auto shut-off. Like the manual says though, practice and experiment until you find the recipe you like. The basic recipes included are valid and work. Really enjoy mu purchase, we'll see how long it lasts.

Works ok but one of the glass gars was broken, have sent a request to replace one jar. Hope to receive it, but the Yogurt maker works well. Hopefully I will get a replacement of the broken jar.

This little yogurt maker makes wonderful yogurt. I used to do it in the oven and inside a Dutch oven. But this little machine, makes great Greek yogurt. Love the glass jars for portions size. Just follow the instructions and it's easy. It says you can use the yogurt starter, but I just buy a smal...
