Old unit with 130k miles seemed smooth yet, but pulley/roller was out of line with the belt. A tech told me that the pivot wears out which causes the arm to wear sideways which makes the belt chirp. The clearance to the fan is tight, which makes removal a bit annoying.

The old part was difficult to remove due to the T45 torx bolt which had an A/C metal line in way of rachet with torx bit. The conventional replacement bolt was far easier to reinstall. The replacement bolt (1 of 3 choices) came with package and instructions stated not to reuse the old torx bolt...

Do not buy the pully and try to just install it, without intalling this tensioner also. Install this entire component at once. Or you will be having a problem with your serpentine belt getting tore up, if the pully you install does not operate right.
