My son wanted this one and I could not talk him into getting a regular combo. Bad choice. It is very cheap and the you could not give me this reel for free. Will never buy another one.

Bought this for my Grandson. He played with it for 1 day before the string broke. There is no way to open the reel. The reel is not removable either. I would not recommend this item.

Description states "with tackle box", there is no tackle box included, just a tiny plastic clam-shell container (about the size to hold a bar of soap). Totally misleading since Shakespeare actually makes a tackle box specifially to go with each Disney charater fishing pole.

I bought this for my 3 year old she broke the fishing line. When trying to fix this issue the little screw like thing holding the top on seems to not unscrew like you would think.
