Was not able to download item tried iPad, laptop and cell phone 800 number was no help after waiting one hour to speak to someone who offered to transfer back to the same phone number

Don't buy this, it won't download on any computer and caused computer to glitch amd Walmart won't refund my money back even tho I didn't use the digital key you're supposed to use after you purchase the software. I give a zero rating for this.

I do not like anything about H%26R Block . I never could get it to work . The key code did not let me do my Taxes (2022). I need my money back. Walmart says I can not return ….
