I needed a set of individual dumbell bars for a lighter weight workout set. These work great and are less than half the price from the big box stores.

These are solid steel and very strong. Knurled grip is nice but at 1 inch likely a tad narrow for large hands. Very good value for a well made product.

I find none of the problems some reviewers have with these handles, very solid and perfect finish. It is great to have the ability to do rapid weight plate changes on standard 1 weight plates; I gave away my threaded handles.
