This is a thick mat that reduces impact when doing aerobic style workouts. It's reduced my knee and foot pain after a long session. It doesn't shift at all! I'm glad that it has the velcro so I can attach another mat if I work out with my kiddo

This folding mat is great to use as well as easy to store. It is so comfortable that I've fallen asleep on it and no pain in my back. It's great that it has velcro so if you would like to buy more they velcro together!

this is the largest while comfortable style i found, and i looked and looked. the width and length combo of a single matt and being thick as well also can be folded, amazing. the cushion has great support. i thought it would sink like memory foam but its very supportive, makes me think of a wrest...
