Though it took 40 minutes of waiting, when I get though the representative was very helpful and patient. She took the time to send me an email with a picture of the item I was purchasing and waited for me to receive the email and confirm that it was the product I needed.

this is a very nice product: stable, tracks beautifully, lots of nice features, quality paddle, well balanced front to back and very nice looking. the pickup process at lowville, ny was amazing. Courteous associates loaded it on to the top of my minivan. a really positive experience!
