Though it took 40 minutes of waiting, when I get though the representative was very helpful and patient. She took the time to send me an email with a picture of the item I was purchasing and waited for me to receive the email and confirm that it was the product I needed.

This is a great product we use every weekend in the summer. It is so stable that you can actually stand up in it. It moves pretty good. I've even used it to tow my boat.
