      My order arrived broken as well. I'm staunchly perturbed because no other products were offered to that would've gotten to my house before Monday. That's one issue the second issue is Wal-mart doesn't have any in-store options nor did they offer me comparable product that would 've arrived faster...

      Showed up broken on both sides. The clips on the inside of the front case were broken... no way this happened in transit. This was sent broken right out of certified refurb. Annoying and will NEVER buy this again.

      Had broken pieces and did not work properly Returned it Must have been damaged in shipping Ordered online so I wouldn't have to go in during virus but ended up having to go in to return it

      I saw some mixed reviews, but ordered anyway. When I got the unit, it was dusty, and there were several broken part. Walmart, you need to fix this now!
