Easy to install, easy to set up wifi (if you know your home network wifi password which you will need). It is very convenient using the app to control the unit from your phone. The 12,000 btu unit cools my approximately 500 sq foot 1 bedroom apartment.

The air comes out nice and cold and it is very quiet. The entire downstairs of my colonial home became comfortable within minutes. We will be enjoying this hot summer indoors. I'm going to get the same one but smaller next week for my bedroom. And the price was awesome:). Thanks Walmart ♥️

It does cool the room size it states it will cool, but not much else. I haven't messed with the wifi. And the remote does work, I just don't tend to use it. I do like that it has an economy mode, turn that on and the fan to auto, and it cools pretty well without just running the whole time. It wi...
