I really like this lamp. The heavy base instead of the clip-on is a very handy feature. I also like that it is very easy to put together. The ONLY thing I wish it had was a dimmer switch, but the positives far out weight the negatives. Extension arm does so to wherever you need it to go.

Well, the lamp sent was a pink one, but that's okay because it's a pale colour and mostly hidden on the desk. Otherwise, it works just fine. The on/off switch is a vast improvement from some of the other styles I've used. This one is larger and easier to rotate.

There are many desk lamps out there. This particular has an average build quality but it comes at a low price. The on/off switch could have been better but, again, you get what you pay for. It's OK for a kid's first desk lamp but for something that you're going to keep and use for a long time get...
