Love this mixer,,works great and the motor is strong hasn't slowed down no matter what the mix is. Only issue I had was with the directions ,,a  picture of a man holding the screws in his hand I think was very poor way to illustrate. But a hour and a half later I managed to assemble my mixer.

The product I receved had some defective parts. When I sent pictures to the seller he automatically ordered a replacement without question and without me asking. (He took it upon himself to do this, KUDOS) The great thing is I can keep the1st one. So now I have an extra for parts

It made it through a 4" thick, 7x10 foot slab, i think around 50 bags, took me 5 hours doing it alone, the hardest part by far was holding the bag while slowly pouring it in the small hole in the drum,  i lost 10 lbs hahaha,  but It paid for itself on that one job,, now I have 2-3 other jobs line...
