I bought this a few months ago and wanted to enjoy some fried food and not have it absorb a lot of oil. Learned to make fish and chips. Only downside is to clean after each use as I don't use every day. However that is a task I accept.

This is the best little fryer. I set the temp control to 350 and it goes to 350. Set it higher and it will go higher. Works great, fast temp recovery after adding food. I am very satisfied and it is a pleasure to purchase a product that works perfectly.

It has, so far, been a good purchase. It fries food very well. Easy to use and clean up. Lets you know when the oil has reached the proper temperature you set. The only con about the product is the base where the oil is held looks cheaply made. But the actually burner and related hardware seems ...
