I bought this a few months ago and wanted to enjoy some fried food and not have it absorb a lot of oil. Learned to make fish and chips. Only downside is to clean after each use as I don't use every day. However that is a task I accept.

This is the best little fryer. I set the temp control to 350 and it goes to 350. Set it higher and it will go higher. Works great, fast temp recovery after adding food. I am very satisfied and it is a pleasure to purchase a product that works perfectly.

I don't think the oil has even cooled off since I bought it. everything we have made so far has been great. my son couldn't believe how good the fish was that he made.NO SOGGY FISH!!!!! everything is crisp...not soggy with oil. my advise....buy one! I bought it for me...but I have not used it y...

Has a very professional look and feel. I love the lid that comes with this unit keeps grease splatter to a minimum and speed up the cool process. Very impressed with this u it.

This is absolutely a great electric fryer. The recessed stainless oil vessel keeps breading that falls off from burning and fouling the oil. It falls below the heating element thus keeps oil fresher and lasting longer. I like the timer and ease of use! I'd given it 6 stars if able to do so!
