Garmin Drive 6" LM EX GPS Navigator

I bought this about 10 months ago, when on vacation. I bought it and never used it much anymore. I decided to start using it for a trip, charged it and after upfating with garminexpress it won't boot anymore. Called Garmin, not willing to help, nor honour warranty

I connected the charger all weekend, it appears on the Garmin screen with the battery signal charging, appears between 2 - 4 seconds. I press the button and do nothing. What I can do?

Broke the very first day I used it. Is not as accurate as Google Maps as it says I have arrived several hundred feet before I actually have (yes map is up to date).
