Absolutely one of the best rice cooker I have ever owned. Truly a beautiful design, compact, perfect for family of 3 to 4. Absolutely love the Jasmine rice function. The rice comes out very fluffy perfectly cooked. You just have to play with the water ratio a little bit.

Pricey but worth it. Each family member enjoyed our Zojisushi rice cooker so much, they now each have one. Well worth the investment.

it's very good, the only complain i have is when lid open it squeaks. for rick cooker at this price range i expect it to be perfect. otherwise than that it works perfectly

I've been cooking for many years, and thought I could do a pretty good job with rice, including good Japanese short grain. But this magical machine does it so much better, and “set it and forget it” is extra credit. Brown rice is SO much better too!
