I just received this item, and like someone else mentioned in another review, it's awful!! Doesn't lock in place the snaps don't even match in place and it's nothing as pictured above. There's no place to hold the pan. Waste of money!

I've been buying these for years and have NEVER had a problem with them. Yes, the locking mechanism is hard, but that only makes it hold better. I'm having trouble finding them and it's probably because of all you who complain. Thanks a lot!
