The liner coating is peeling and bubbling. I am disappointed I've loved my crock pots and this one has only been used a few times.

I literally just bought this crock pot, and after the first use the ceramic coating is coming off. I even went out of my way to make sure I used a softer plastic spoon to keep from scratching it that didn't work.
