WOW! LOVE THIS ONE! Corona is a favorite of mine for years but my success brewing this FANTASTIC FLAVOR IS NOW MY NE FAVORITE! I love this one and the incredible thick foamy head on this particular beer shows how well it came out. Try some if you like a light Mexican beer and enjoy!!

Awesome flavor, akin to Modelo. I like to use dark corn syrup for bottle conditioning. Gives notes of carmel, closer to a Modelo Amber.

I cheated and boiled a navel orange (cut up) to the water before I put the booster in. I strained the orange peels and pulp and placed them in a muslim sack to add after the HME and yeast.
