I bought my wife some Schmidt knives and have loved them. Unfortunately, one of the handles broke unexpectedly, but the Schmidt Bro's customer service was fantastic. They replaced the knife immediately, and made it pleasant, simple and fast. I love these knives and the company, and will buy again...
