We bought different knife for every cutting scenario. I wish we had bought these brand knives for everything! It is so sharp. The knife handles looks different than we're used to, but fits well I'm your hand. Very happy with this purchase!

It's a great knife. It works super well.

It doesnt retain the edge very well, meaning you either have to honing more often or really put some serious sharp with stones previously to duty, the handle after a while have to be adjusted, like you start feeling the tang over the wood.
