Great knives. Own a 7 pc block set and added the boning knife to complete my vision of the perfect set of knives. They feel great in your hand and hold an edge to get the cutting done effortlessly. Should have made the investment sooner.

Really sharp knife, would like also a 4" or 5" boning blade in zebrawood for the fine boning work.

Not as flexible as I had hoped, however, it is a forged knife which means durability is key. It carves with great precision and the bolster makes it comfortable to handle. I own the full set minus the steak knives and absolutely love my schmidt brothers.
