I have used lots of these over the years and almost all of them had the same problem, The bit gets stuck in them because the lock wont disengage (Very Frustrating).

The first time I used it the cap cape off causing the locking pins to fly out, and the while thing self disassembled... Not impressed.

After spending 10 mins trying to remove from packing I was ready to use, inserted a brand new 2" wire wheel brush in the lock n load end and started to use and after a minute the wheel flew out of the end and now it won't lock any more.

Bought about 6 of these over several years - using them in industrial setting - and have held up fine. Making this review due to the number of people complaining about them - & I've had no trouble. And... p.s. - if the packaging defeats you, perhaps you ought to consider its an operator p...
