Tylenol Severe Sinus is my Go To whenever I'm having any sinus issues. The Day Time formula doesn't make me drowsy. I find I get relief within approximately 40 minutes after taking. I like that the doses are prepackaged. I always keep a dose in my wallet so that I'm prepared in case I need them.

I have been using this product for quite sometime now when I get my sinus headaches or pre-sinus infection. Has been working relatively well for me. Like others have mentioned, it does cause nausea the majority of the time after I take it and I need to be sure I am not taking it on an empty stoma...
