[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The depth of this pan allows for a wide range of recipes. The surface is superior to most other non sick pans. Everything slides right off.

So far, excellent. Helps reduce spattering on the stovetop. The smaller bottom fits the largest burner on my stove, so I hope that will eliminate the warping issues I've had because of using pans bigger the the burner. And this pan holds a lot!
