Bought this about 3 months ago. Love it. Don't know why everyone keeps saying they can't attach the multi tools. I got it right away. Love everything about dirt devil. It's the best pet hair, non clogging, beast mode winning machine.

I both this a couple werks ago. I love it!! It is getting dirt up I didn't know was there. I have two dig..one sheds bad..and a huge old house (100 years old) and it handles all my needs. I have to empty it 2-3 times..no big deal. The swipes cleaner on my wood floors..great!
