The Reebok self-guided flat bands is a great resistance workout kit. The box is easy to read and comes with three bands, the resistance is printed on the band, a work out poster, and the bands have exercises printed on them too. I'm very confident in adding these bands to my regular routine.

These work out bands are great. They have bold color, the material and thickness is super tough, and they have and will hold up beautifully. I have been through many excersize bands, and these will last, I can tell. Definetly getting more to gift!
