Could I workout harder? Yes. Will I? No. But this does amazing work while I catch up on my Christmas movies. But in the meantime I'm very happy with the flexibility gives me? Absolutely! I love what I can do for physical therapy while I watch tv and I love the tightness factor in each color.

These are great beginners set if you're just getting into resistance bands. The three levels work really well for different workouts, I like that these come color coded too for the different levels. I enjoy how easy they are to use and they even have the exercises printed on the bands themselves....
