Been looking for no sodium food for the wife. These noodles are fantastic with sauteed spring onions and shredded carrots. Just a little healthy olive oil is the only fat. Great tasty side dish.

These Thai noodles are awesome!!! They're great for me and my dietary restrictions, but honestly I can't imagine anyone not loving them because they are made with purity and they taste so great! I'm very thankful for these!

wonderful stuff. Exactly what you get in the restaurants, but fresher. So easy to cook. I use it with all kinds of food. In place of rice. But its not $45.00 a box. maybe $4.50, but I don't even think it was that much. Good Stuff .

Decided I will be using these from now on, to add to veggie stir fries....all you have to do is pour boiling water over however much you want, let sit while you stir fry veggies, drain and add...how easy is that?
