I have tried many flours but nothing comes close to Bob's Red Mill (BRM). I use BRM for business and personal baking. I love how fine the flour is ground. It is the main reason why my whole wheat sweet rolls and cinnabuns are so light and fluffy! I will forever use BRM flour!
