This cereal is sweet, holds its body and flavor in nut milks, which add a nice contrasting flavor, because of the body and substance of the flakes. I don't need to eat much.

I love this cereal ! Wish you carried it and Kashi's Blueberry Clusters in the store. It is very crunchy and tastes good. Does not go soggy in milk.Very satisfied with my purchases.

This cereal is low in sugar (for a cereal), lower in fat, high in fiber. A good choice. My store stopped carrying it but I am able to order online and have delivered to the store for free so that works for me!
