The couple times I've taken it so far made me fall asleep pretty fast without making me feel groggy in the morning. The only downside I've found thus far is the taste, but the benefits definitely outweigh the negatives.

We are big fans of ZZZQuil at our house. I was excited to try this, and it did not disappoint. It was taken, according to package directions, and I slept very soundly and sleep came quickly. The mango berry flavor is pretty good.
