This sleep cough medicine is good for me. I have a cough in the morning and at night when I go to bed. In the evening, it helps stop the coughing and puts me to sleep in short order.

Works as well as the name brand sleep aids at a discounted price. Like the alcohol free because it keeps stomach/NSAID issues to a minimum. Overall, taste about the same as all the others and until they can develop one of these that doesn't taste medicinal this one is more than tolerable.

So I found this and it works way better for me, because melatonin just makes me hyper but this Sleep Aid does me wonders, I'll sleep a full 8 hours uninterrupted!

It's a very nice, gentle way to go to sleep. I would suggest allowing for 8-hours of sleep. The flavor is pleasurable. Keep Out of Children's Reach.
