I needed a sleep aid but was disappointed to find only liquid available. Boy was I surprised to find that this liquid sleep aid really works. It's easy to use. The little cup is very easy to see the fill line. I definitely recommend this product. It's reasonably priced and works.

This product seems to work for me and the flavor is better than others with alcohol. I take 2 10 mg melatonin chewables and a shot of this every night.
