This is a great roller for exercising and stretching. Hard foam with textured surface replaces pressing out knots with a tennis ball. Eighteen inch size is large enough and easy to store, carry.

I was concerned that the roller was only 18" long, but was pleasantly surprised by the punch this little baby packed! It felt so ahhhhmazing rolling and massaging my legs, hips, and back. A great investment I didn't know I needed until I tried it on a whim.
