Unfortunately these are a staple in my homes. They're goid quality %26 fairly cheap but I do have to admit, just as with any other type of medication after taking it for long periods of time I get to where they don't work as easily as before so you have to take a lil more but that's not an issue....

We both take these daily %26 they do help with out the cramping of pains. If you have problems with constipation or hurtful stool I would recommend these.

I'm very careful about the amount of milligrams I consume on a daily basis because I have a lot of pain for that reason I appreciate the 500 mg size in the quick acting because it's better than the arthritis strength for me I can take three and they kick butt for a good eight hours
